Finding the real SpinCity site

Fake casino sites exist. Here is how to make sure you are on the real SpinCity.

Checking that you are on the real site

SpinCity runs its main website at https://spincity-zm.org/. A bookmark protects you better than any search result or link from a stranger. Paid ads are not a guarantee that a site is genuine.

At the bottom of the page. The number ALSI-112310012-FI5 appears there too. Launched in 2019. Our review of SpinCity covers the licence and the operator in more detail.

Check for the padlock. Then read the address carefully, letter by letter. Broken links, odd translations and missing pages are typical of copies. If you are not sure about the site, never log in or pay.

Access problems

In certain countries, providers block the main domain. If so, the team can point you to a safe way in.

Only the operator can say which addresses are genuine. Trust only links from support, the newsletter or your account messages. Lists of mirrors on random websites can include clones, so do not rely on them. Once you have the confirmed address, bookmark it and use that bookmark every time.

No access to the main domain

Work through these points:

• Type the address yourself rather than searching
• Check your connection and try another browser
• Ignore unofficial lists of so-called mirrors
• Ask support for the current official address

Phishing and clone sites

Fake sites copy the casino's design to collect your data. Links to them arrive by message, in comments or in suspicious ads. If a bonus sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Genuine promo codes are covered in a separate guide.

Any message asking for your password is a scam. One-time codes by SMS or email stay with you. Report fakes to the team, including the link and a screenshot. The customer support guide lists the official channels.

Typed your login on a doubtful page? Reset it on the official site immediately. Then switch on 2FA and tell support. Let your bank or wallet know if payment data was exposed.

Account security

Activate two-step verification. With 2FA, a stolen password alone is not enough to get in. Use a unique password that you do not use anywhere else.

Keeping software current close known security holes. Do not stay logged in on public computers. Public Wi-Fi is convenient but less secure for logins and payments.

A quick review of your history helps spot anything unusual. Unknown activity means: change the password and write to support at once. Support works 24/7 via live chat, email and phone. Your email account deserves the same protection, since password resets go through it.

Apps and downloads

The genuine Android app comes from the casino site itself. Apps offered in unofficial stores or file-sharing sites may be modified. If you are unsure about a download link, ask support to confirm it. Installation is described in our Android app guide.

A home-screen shortcut to the mobile site is a safe alternative to any app. It is one of the simplest anti-phishing measures. The mobile site has a guide of its own. Refresh the shortcut if the address changes.

Be just as careful with browser extensions and so-called helper tools that promise better odds or free bonuses. Such software can read what you type, including your password. No software influences the outcome, so there is no reason to install one.

Quick safety checklist

Keep this short checklist in mind. Look at the domain, padlock and footer details. Open the site only from trusted links.

Protect the account with a strong password and a second factor. Ignore requests for login details and tell support about them. Play responsibly and set limits in your account. A safe account is the basis for enjoying the games without worries. If you ever find a page that claims to be SpinCity but fails one of these checks, leave it and tell support, which helps protect other players too.
