SpinCity mobile guide: site, Android and iPhone

The whole lobby fits in your pocket. Here is the best way to play on your phone.

The mobile site

Any modern mobile browser opens the full site, with a layout that fits the phone. No download is involved, which makes it the quickest start. Menus, the cashier and the search bar are arranged for one-handed use.

Live tables are included, streamed in a mobile-friendly format. Sports betting, with live markets, is part of the mobile site too. Your account, balance and history are the same on every device. The full catalogue is available on the phone, not a reduced selection.

A home-screen shortcut makes it feel like an app. The shortcut is created from the browser menu in a few seconds. There is nothing to update, because the site is always the latest version. The full review of SpinCity covers the desktop side as well.

App options by platform

On Android, the app is an APK from the official site, not from the Play Store. Android will request permission to install apps from this source. That is a normal step for apps installed outside the store. Our APK install guide walks through the installation step by step.

IPhone owners use the browser version, which works without installation. Apps and the mobile site offer the same games and features.

Performance and data

Any recent smartphone runs the games smoothly. Heavy slots open more slowly on older devices, but they still work. Regular updates keep everything running smoothly.

• Stream live games over Wi-Fi where possible
• Watch the battery level on longer sessions
• Reset the browser cache when something looks wrong
• Landscape works, and many slots look better that way
• Shut down unused apps for smoother play

Ordinary games are light on data, video tables are not. If you are on a limited mobile plan, keep live games for Wi-Fi. If a connection drops in the middle of a round, the result is normally saved on the server and shown when you reconnect.

Cashier and help on a phone

Everything from desktop is on mobile, including the cashier. Players in Zambia can pay on the phone with iCash. One, JetonBank, Airtel, MTN, Zamtel, USDT, MiFinity and BinancePay. You may need to switch to your wallet app to confirm. The deposit guide lists every option with its limits.

The phone camera makes KYC uploads quick. Take the picture in good light with all edges visible. Support works 24/7 through live chat, email and phone, with a chat sized for mobile. Our customer support guide compares chat, email and the help centre.

Claiming offers on a phone

Mobile players get the same 100% up to ZMW 11,000 + 50 free spins welcome package. The bonus counter is available on mobile too.

Security basics

Download the APK only from the official site. Always open the casino through its official address. Bookmark the correct address to avoid look-alike sites. How to recognise the real address is explained in the official website guide.

A locked phone keeps your account safe if it is lost. Log out when you use someone else's device. Add a second login factor where possible.

Open Wi-Fi in cafes and airports is convenient but less safe. Make payments on mobile data instead of open hotspots. Requests for login details are always phishing, whoever seems to send them, and support should hear about any message of that kind. A lost device is a reason to reset your password immediately.

Keeping mobile play in check

Having the casino in your pocket, makes it easy to play more than planned. Set deposit limits in your account settings. Session reminders help you notice how long you have been playing.

Avoid playing when tired, stressed or in a hurry. If you need a break, the mobile account menu offers time-outs. Gambling is for adults, 18+, and should stay entertainment. Turn off promotional notifications if they tempt you to play more. Deleting the shortcut for a few weeks is a simple way to break a habit. Specialised help lines offer support at no cost.
